With empathy and compassion for our community and for everyone shaken by the white supremacist violence in Charlottesville and the ongoing sense of dis-ease across this country and the world...and without an agenda or ideas to promote I’m holding space for a free-of-charge process group for you and like-minded others. In order to go on with our lives,  many of us need to process the often recurring, disturbing, troubling, confusing thoughts, feelings and pictures we can’t unsee…or unknow.  

Our group will be confidential. What is shared here stays here. Please let me know if you will join us. The length of the group will depend on what you need.
